| Q: How long is each class? |
| A: We have several training options available including 2 hour sessions, 1/2 day sessions, and full day classes. Class lengths may vary for each class. The average class day goes from 9:30am-approximately 3:30pm |
| Q: Where are your classes located? |
| A: All of our classes are held at our classroom location at 230 Cherry St, Suite 116 in Fort Collins, CO. Some larger classes may be held in the upstairs conference rooms of the 230 Cherry St building as well. Go to our locations page for maps and info. |
| Q: How do I enroll in a class? |
A: To request schedule information and availability, please use our course request form or contact us directly: 970-980-8091 or email info@fcdigitalworkshop.com . We like to discuss your skill level and needs first and then place you in the proper class.
Once you have signed and returned your invoice contract with payment, course enrollment will be confirmed.
Special arrangements and payment plans are available. Please contact your sales representative to find out more about these special options. |
| Q: What if I have to re-schedule my class? |
| A: We require 48 hours notice for a re-schedule. Within 7 days of your class date, you are still responsible for payment for the class. However, once enrolled, you are able to re-schedule your class at any time within 1 year of the original course date. |
| Q: What if I need to cancel my scheduled class? |
| A: Cancellations within 48 hours of the confirmed course date/time will not be eligible for a refund, but still may be re-scheduled within 1 year. Cancellations before 48 hours may be eligible for a refund, but will still be subject to a $45 book re-stocking fee. For information a refunded class, please contact your sales representative. |
| Q: Does it cost more to do a private training vs. a group training session? |
| A: There is a $25 additional fee for a private training per course per student at our home office. We do offer Saturday trainings for an additional $25 fee. If our trainer has to travel more than 20 miles from Fort Collins city limits, there will be a negotiated fee to cover the cost of gas and travel. Please contact your sales representative about this option before enrolling. |
| Q: What forms of payment do you accept? |
| A: FCDW only accepts checks, Paypal, or cash at this time. Please make all checks out to the Fort Collins Digital Workshop |
| Q: What type of discounts are available? |
A: The FCDW offers 'track' discounts for enrolling in 2 or more courses for 1 software (i.e. Photoshop level 1 and 2 together). We can also negotiate corporate group discounts for groups of 5 or more students and 10 or more students.

| Q: What is included in my course fee? |
| A: All courses include the following for students: a professional textbook, a take home CD and/or downloads with practice examples, 1 month of free email or phone support, and 1 year for a free re-take of the same course. Also, upon completion, each student receives a 'Certificate of Completion' from the Fort Collins Digital Workshop. |
