Through our online, detailed assessment tests we can narrow down your training goals and help you determine what type and level of training is appropriate to meet those goals. Skills assessment tests are available for any course provided by the Fort Collins Digital Workshop.

Pre-assessment of skills-levels identifies potential knowledge deficiencies in your employees. We will identify potential weaknesses at the beginning of the training process and help you maximize your training investment.

All clients are provided with a customized report of the results of all pre-assessment testing to help you better understand the results. Once these deficiencies in training have been reviewed, we can work with you to ensure your employee training objectives are met. Whether through classroom or private learning methods, we offer flexible solutions for all types of training situations.

Once your employees training has been completed, post-assessment testing verifies that the necessary training skill level has been reached by all of your employees.
